Training, information, advice and research on issues relating to the barriers of race, gender, disability and age that may prevent someone from fulfilling their potential.

We offer a range of services to business and the community within the South East Region designed to enable the Region to maximise the potential of its whole work force and to encourage participation in public decision-making.

• developing the Corporate Social responsibility ethos
• good practice in recruiting procedures

• childcare needs
• under-employment of women
• employment in rural areas
• employment of over 50s

Mentoring

Developing mentoring schemes in a diverse workforce.

Public Appointments

We offer advice, information and training to encourage women to stand for elected or appointed positions or become trustees of voluntary organisations.
